Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. This Return and Refund Policy has been created with the help of the Return and Refund Policy Generator.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with Us.

Interpretation

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 3 days but it is subject to approval based on valid and reasonable grounds.

We reserve the right to determine the acceptability of any cancellation request submitted.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 3 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 3 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 3 days.
  • The Goods are in the original packaging.
  • The Goods isn't used or damaged.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Store Visit 👉 Exchange & consultation available.
  • No store visit 👉 Sorry boss, only accept return if wrong/defect item. Thanks for understanding 😅.

  • Boss, tukar barang hanya boleh dibuat di kedai sahaja. Kalau tak pasti motosikal boss perlukan model apa, kami boleh ajar — dan berhampiran kedai ada foreman yang boleh bantu pasang.
  • Tapi kalau tak boleh datang, maaf 🙏 return hanya diterima jika kami salah hantar barang atau barang rosak. Selain itu memang tak ada return/refund 😅.

  • 老板,仅限店铺提供换货服务。如果你来店,你不知道你的摩托车要什么型号的零件,我们也可以教你。店里虽然不提供安装服务,但附近有几家FOREMAN,华人、马来人、印度人...什么人都有。
  • 但是如果不能来,我们只接受”除非是我们寄错货“或”货物有问题“,不然一律概不退货退款。
  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Goods on sale or sold with promotion price can be refunded too.

如果无法上门退货,除非是我们发错货/产品有问题,不然一律不接受退货。

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Exchanging Goods

We don’t currently offer an exchange service. If you would prefer items in another colour or size, please just return the items you don’t need and place a new order.
